CSR Tip of the Week

July 2010 - Posts

This is step 7 in a series over the next month taking you through the steps of how to implement sustainability into your events/business.

In Step 1 you identified some issues...and in Step 2 you thought about which issues are going to be easy for you to target.  Step 3 was about creating SMART objectives.  In Step 4 you got management buy in.  In Step 5: you created your sustainability policy and in step 6: you engaged with your stakeholders

Step 7: Implement, Record and Measure

Now you need to implement your objectives.  Start working on them and recording and measuring your outcomes.

*Tip:  Assign responsible people to make sure this happens!

Look out for step 8 next week!

You can learn more about these steps and how to implement them at an interactive workshop day.
